Avril Alba

Avril is the Director of Education at the Sydney Jewish Museum. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons)/ Bachelor of Music from Adelaide University and a Masters in Comparative Religion from Harvard University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at Sydney University in History and Jewish Studies.

Vic Alhadeff

Vic is Chief Executive Officer, NSW Jewish Board of Deputies, and former Editor, 'Australian Jewish News'. He reported from Israel on the Gulf War and the assassination of Prime Minister Rabin; from Moscow on the release of Soviet Jewry; from Berlin on the collapse of the Berlin Wall. Graduate of Yad Vashem Holocaust Educators Course and March of the Living. And long-distance runner!

Bettina Arndt

Author of The Sex Diaries, one of Australia's first sex therapists and editor of Forum magazine, Bettina has spent ten years talking about sex on television and radio. A trained clinical psychologist, she has taught medical students, doctors and other professionals and talked endlessly about this fascinating subject to audiences all over Australia and overseas. She also talksabout broader social issues and particularly the changing relationships between men and women.

Raphael Aron 

Raphael is Director, Gateway Family Counselling Centre Inc., Melbourne. The Centre specialises in family and addictions counselling. Founder and director of Cult Counselling Australia (CCA). CCA assists individuals and families in Australia and internationally who have been affected by destructive religious cults. Raphael is a published author.

Yael Avrahami 

Yael Avrahami is the Biblical Studies coordinator at the University of Sydney. She holds an MA in Comparative Religion from the Hebrew University and a PhD in Biblical Studies from the University of Haifa. Her main research interests are semantics, cultural anthropology and the use of both in development of understanding of biblical worldviews.
